PL lens to Canon EOS 7D replacement mount
The cost of the PL replacement mount is US$350
Many PL mount lenses which are fat behind the mount will not fit without removing the 7D or 5D mirror and other parts
If you want to put this PL mount on a 5D you will probably need a Canon tech to remove your existing mount as it is more than 4 screws as on the 7D/550D

The Oct19 adapter and Oct19 replacement mounts are US$350 each
The Oct19 adapter accepts a number of Oct19 lenses, the Oct19 replacement mount accepts more Oct19 lenses but not all
Unfortunately it is hard to say exactly which OCT19 lenses will fit and wont as the same lens sometimes vary slightly in construction from year to year of manufacture
